The price of office cleaning cannot be set on square metres alone. Two offices of the same size can need different amounts of work. Working time and access affect the price

The price also depends on whether the cleaner can get in freely or the entrance is tied to security, keys or a fixed slot. If the work can only be done in a narrow window in the morning or the evening, the schedule has to be built around that.

The hour of the day changes the result too. Cleaning during the working day means some rooms are occupied and have to be gone through again later. Cleaning before the day starts or after it ends is usually more even.

Extra work and consumables

Window cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and deep floor cleaning are not usually part of every visit. They can be ordered separately or planned a year ahead.

Where the client wants it, the cleaning company can also supply toilet paper, paper towels, soap and bin liners, and add the cost to the price of the service at what it actually costs. The client then has no buying or stock checking to do.
