How cooperation starts
After your request we agree on a time for a site visit and walk through the premises together. The written offer includes a cleaning plan: what is done each time and what less often, for example window cleaning or deep floor cleaning.
A permanent cleaner is assigned to your site and a site manager guides them on the spot. Depending on the site, the service starts 3 to 7 working days after the contract is signed.
You choose the cleaning time: early morning, evening, during the working day or at weekends. The schedule is fixed in the contract and kept. The frequency can be changed later.
Quality and replacement
- The site manager checks the result on site.
- The cleaning plan is written, so you know exactly what is done each time.
- If your needs change, we adjust the plan and frequency.
- Every site has a permanent cleaner who knows the premises and your expectations.

Who will clean my site and what happens if the cleaner falls ill?
Every site is served by the same regular cleaner who knows the premises and the client’s expectations. In case of illness or holidays we provide a substitute who has been briefed on the site in advance.

Do you have liability insurance and how is confidentiality ensured?
Yes. We have liability insurance that covers damage that may occur during cleaning work. Every employment contract includes a confidentiality clause that stays in force after the employment ends, and every employee goes through a background check before starting work. The same cleaners always work at your site, so new people are not coming into your premises each time.
