Deep Cleaning as a Service

Cleaning services:
Deep cleaning service

Deep cleaning is a thorough interior clean of the whole room that is more extensive and comprehensive than regular maintenance cleaning. We usually agree on the specific needs and scope of the service together with the client during a walkthrough of the premises, so that the expected result is clearly understood by both parties.

When should you order deep cleaning?

When regular maintenance cleaning is not enough, before or after a move, or after renovation.

High Traffic Premises/Buildings

Premises where regular maintenance cleaning no longer delivers results, or where a more thorough clean is needed.

Before/After Moving to a New Location

Before moving into a new building, or when handing over premises after long use when moving out.

After Construction or Repair Work

After major or minor repair work, to make premises usable again.

What does deep cleaning include?

Thorough cleaning of floors, windows, washrooms and high surfaces, and carpets and upholstered furniture if needed.

Our deep cleaning service helps make premises look like new, leaving a professional impression on employees, clients and visitors alike.

1. Window Cleaning

We wash all windows, glass or mirror surfaces belonging to the site using the method required by their location and floor.

2. Deep Floor Cleaning and Protective Treatment

We carry out deep cleaning according to the floor material and, to ensure a lasting result, the appropriate protective treatment.

3. Chemical Carpet Cleaning

We treat the entire carpet with a textile maintenance machine, repeating as needed for higher levels of soiling.

4. Cleaning of Walls and Ceilings

Cleaning of walls and ceilings to remove and prevent larger marks and stains.

5. Cleaning of Sanitary Facilities

We thoroughly clean all sanitary facilities, including toilets, sinks, partitions and floors.

6. Upholstery Cleaning

The result is clean furniture that looks like new and, at worst, has been given a new lease of life.

7. Cleaning of Surfaces That Are Hard to Reach

Cleaning of high areas and surfaces that are hard to reach, which depending on the situation may require ladders and similar equipment.

How often should you order deep cleaning?

It depends on how heavily the premises are used and their condition. Usually deep cleaning once or twice a year is enough.

For shared premises, deep cleaning should ideally be carried out 1–2 times a year, generally when regular cleaning no longer suffices. Key factors here are the seasons and the resulting usage rhythm of the office or living space. As a rule, premises need the most cleaning at the start of summer or winter.

A one time deep cleaning service is especially worthwhile for business clients whose premises see a lot of daily foot traffic. Deep cleaning is most often ordered from us as post construction or post renovation cleaning, but also in connection with moving. Regardless of who the client is, our goal after a deep clean is to achieve a result that resembles what you’d see in property sale listings.

We also offer our clients a full cleaning service package, where, in addition to other agreed tasks, we monitor the condition of the premises ourselves and their need for deep cleaning. The purpose of the full package is to take all cleaning responsibility, planning and execution onto ourselves, so the client doesn’t have to spend their own time on it.

Regular maintenance cleaning reduces the need for a deep clean. Window cleaning, deep floor cleaning or carpet cleaning can be added when needed. Read also where dust in an office comes from and whether maintenance cleaning is enough. Request a quote.

Frequently asked questions about deep cleaning

When is it worth booking a deep clean?

A deep clean is worth booking when regular maintenance cleaning no longer keeps the premises as clean as you want them. Most companies book one once or twice a year, or after refurbishment, a move or a larger event.

What is the difference between a deep clean and maintenance cleaning?

Maintenance cleaning keeps the premises clean day to day. A deep clean is a more thorough one off job that also covers surfaces which are hard to reach and removes dirt that has built up over time.

Can we carry on working as usual while the cleaning is done?

Yes. We plan the work around your needs and, where necessary, carry out the deep clean outside normal business hours so that your business is disturbed as little as possible.

Does the site need to be surveyed before a quote?

For larger or more complex sites we recommend a site survey. It lets us assess how much work is involved and put together an accurate quote.

How quickly can you start a deep clean?

Depending on the size of the job and the time of year we can usually start within a few working days to a week. For urgent work we will find a suitable time at shorter notice where we can.
