What is the difference between post construction cleaning and deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning is a more thorough clean than usual in premises that are already in use. Post construction cleaning is done before the premises are taken into use, and it focuses on construction dust, which is finer than ordinary dirt and gets everywhere. That is why we clean surfaces in several rounds and from top to bottom, so that the dust does not settle back on surfaces that have already been cleaned. If the premises are in use and simply need a more thorough refresh, deep cleaning is the better choice.
How do you prepare for post construction cleaning?
The best time for post construction cleaning is when the construction and finishing work is truly complete, because any later drilling or sanding brings the dust back. Before we start, we agree which surfaces need special attention and whether the floors need protective treatment. If needed, we add window cleaning including frames and casings, and deep floor cleaning, so that the premises are truly ready to move in.
After the move in, the work usually continues as maintenance cleaning. Window cleaning, deep floor cleaning or a deep clean can be ordered separately. Request a quote.

For larger or more complex sites we recommend a visit on site, so the amount of work can be assessed and an accurate quote prepared.
