We look after offices, shops, warehouses and production facilities from 50 m² to more than 5,000 m². We work in Tallinn and the surrounding area: Viimsi, Maardu and Saue.
Today we serve more than 70 active sites, and our longest client relationships have lasted more than 15 years.
Our story
Since 2008 we have focused on one thing, cleaning for business clients. We have not expanded into home cleaning or side services, because cleaning for businesses calls for a different way of organising the work, more consistency and a different standard of quality.
In size, we are a company where these two things meet. Large enough to give a client certainty and continuity, and small enough to accommodate special requests and find flexible solutions to problems.
What we do
Maintenance cleaning is our core service. It is a contract service, and the frequency depends on how heavily the premises are used, usually from once to seven times a week.
Specialised cleaning covers one time or seasonal jobs that need special products or equipment: window cleaning, deep floor cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, post construction cleaning and deep cleaning. These can be ordered separately or built into the annual maintenance cleaning plan.
Permanent staff
We value stability towards both clients and employees. Permanent staff means that the people on a site do not keep changing, and the cleaners know the particular features and agreements of each site.
This gives the client confidence that the quality of the work does not depend on a new person each time.
How working together usually begins
As a rule, we visit the site before making an offer. We walk through the premises, check the floor coverings and the level of foot traffic, and also pay attention to the places that often get overlooked in everyday cleaning.
This way we can agree the scope of work precisely before anything is signed, and both sides know clearly what the client is paying for.
Maintenance cleaning prices start from 185 euros per month. As an example, that roughly corresponds to cleaning a 100 m² office once a week. The exact price depends on the size of the site, the cleaning frequency and the scope of work.

The Creditinfo “Successful Estonian Company” certificate, the Äripäev TOP of property maintenance companies and the “Trustworthy Company” label are recognitions that reflect our company’s long and dedicated work.
The Trustworthy Company label means that we have no debts to the state or to our partners, our annual reports and tax returns are filed on time, and our financial indicators are consistently good. The Äripäev TOP additionally recognises our growth and strong position in the property maintenance sector.
Only 1% of Estonian companies make it into the Äripäev TOP, and only 6% meet the requirements of the Trustworthy Company label.
