Office cleaning is a contract based service that we carry out on agreed days and times, from 1 to 7 times a week, before or after working hours if you prefer. Each office has a dedicated cleaner who knows your premises and the way you work.

Cleaning plan for an office
The cleaning plan is drawn up at the site survey, based on your premises, number of employees and cleaning frequency. This is what a typical office cleaning plan looks like.
At every visit
- Cleaning of desks, windowsills and clear surfaces
- Lightly damp mopping of floors, vacuuming of carpeted areas
- Cleaning of kitchen surfaces and washing of dishes
- Cleaning and disinfecting of toilets, restocking of hygiene supplies
- Tidying of tables and chairs in meeting rooms
- Emptying of waste bins and replacing bin liners
Once a week
- Cleaning of glass surfaces, mirrors and glass partitions
- Cleaning of the refrigerator and microwave
- Spot cleaning of doors, light switches and door handles
- More thorough cleaning of carpeted areas, including edges and areas under furniture
Once a month
- Cleaning of high surfaces, shelves and tops of cabinets
- Spot cleaning of walls, doors and door frames up to a height of 2 m
- Thorough cleaning of radiators and windowsills
All cleaning products and equipment are ours. Additional work such as window cleaning, deep floor cleaning or carpet cleaning is agreed separately.

We walk through the premises together: workstations, kitchen, toilets, meeting rooms, floor coverings and access.
You receive a written quote and a cleaning plan. We agree on days and times that do not disturb your work.
The service starts within 3–7 working days after the contract is signed. We assign a cleaner suited to your office and provide the necessary briefing.
A supervisor checks the result at random, adjusts the plan if your needs change and arranges a replacement if the cleaner is ill or on holiday.

How much does office cleaning cost in Tallinn?
Office cleaning starts from 185 euros per month with one visit a week. You can see an indicative monthly price immediately in the calculator on this page. The exact price depends on the size of the office, the cleaning frequency and the nature of the premises, and we give a written quote after a site visit.
How often should an office be cleaned?
It depends on the number of employees and whether clients visit the office. A small office often needs only one or two visits a week, for open plan offices and offices that receive clients we recommend three to five visits a week, and in a large office building we clean every working day. We agree the frequency at the site visit and it can be changed later.
Do you clean outside working hours?
Yes. The client chooses the cleaning time: early in the morning before the working day, in the evening after it, during the working day or at weekends. We agree on access and use of the alarm system before work begins, and the schedule is recorded in the contract.
Who will clean my office and what happens if the cleaner is ill?
Each office has a dedicated cleaner who knows the premises and your expectations. In case of illness or holiday our supervisor arranges a replacement, is familiar with the site and briefs the replacement, so the cleaning is not left undone.
Are cleaning products included in the price?
Yes. All cleaning products, equipment and necessary supplies are ours and included in the monthly price. We mainly use environmentally friendly domestic Clean Ecoworld products that are safe for both people and surfaces.
Is there a minimum area for office cleaning?
No. We clean both a small office for a few employees and a multistorey office building. The service starts from 185 euros per month with one visit a week.
Which areas do you clean offices in?
We clean offices in Tallinn and the surrounding area, including Viimsi, Maardu and Saue.
Can I also order window cleaning, deep floor cleaning or carpet cleaning?

How quickly can office cleaning start?
After your enquiry we agree a time for the site visit and send a written quote. After the contract is signed the service starts within 3–7 working days, depending on the complexity of the site.
What is the difference between office cleaning and maintenance cleaning?
Maintenance cleaning is our regular cleaning service for all commercial premises: offices, shops and warehouses. Office cleaning is the same service adapted to the needs of an office: workstations, meeting rooms, kitchen and toilets, and cleaning often outside working hours.
