Effective from 22.09.2026. This policy describes the cookies and tracking technologies actually in use on the website www.luxpuhastus.ee.

1. Who is responsible

Lux Puhastus OÜ (registry code 11461520)
Peterburi tee 46, 11415 Tallinn
Email: info@luxpuhastus.ee
Phone: +372 5836 0116

2. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. In addition to cookies, we also use scripts for the same purposes that send data to an analytics service. For simplicity, this policy refers to all of these as cookies.

3. How cookies are used

  • The website currently has no cookie consent banner. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity are loaded for all visitors when a page is opened.
  • If you do not want your visit to be measured, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and use Google’s browser extension for opting out of Google Analytics (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). You can also write to us at info@luxpuhastus.ee.

4. Google Analytics 4 (statistics)

With Google Analytics 4 we can see in aggregate how the website is used: which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay on them, which channel a visitor came from (for example Google search or a direct visit), which device and browser are used, and the approximate location at country or city level. We also measure actions taken on the website, for example clicks on the “Request a quote” button, use of the price calculator, starting and submitting the enquiry form, and how far blog articles are read.

We do not send your name, email address, phone number or the content of the enquiry form to Google Analytics. We use the data to improve the website and the presentation of our services. The service provider is Google Ireland Limited. Data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area under the data protection framework that applies between Google and the European Commission. More information: Google Privacy Policy.

Google signals are enabled in Google Analytics, which may link the statistics with Google’s advertising services.

5. Microsoft Clarity (statistics)

Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors actually use the website. Among other things, Clarity records clicks, scrolling, mouse movements and touch actions and uses them to create heatmaps and session replays (recordings of how a page is used). This shows us, for example, whether a visitor finds the enquiry form or which part of a page causes confusion.

Clarity is configured so that data entered in form fields (for example name, email, phone and message) and other sensitive text is masked in your browser and is not sent to Microsoft. We do not knowingly collect personal data through Clarity. Because consent is not requested, under Microsoft’s rules Clarity works without cookies for visitors from Europe, so different page views by the same visitor are not linked to each other. The service provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. More information: Microsoft Privacy Statement and Clarity cookie list.

6. Google Tag Manager and Google Ads (marketing)

Google Tag Manager is a tool through which Google Ads conversion tracking tags have been installed on the website. They make it possible to measure whether an ad click was followed by an enquiry. Google Ads campaigns may not be active at all times, but the tracking tags are installed. The website has no social media tracking pixels (for example the Facebook or LinkedIn pixel).

7. Cookies used on the website

The table below is based on a check of the website on 22.09.2026 in a clean browser. The retention period is the maximum lifetime of the cookie in your browser.

Google may also set its own cookies on its domains (for example doubleclick.net). Their names and lifetimes are set by Google.

In addition, the page design platform Elementor stores an entry called elementor in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), which is used for the technical functioning of the page. It does not send data to third parties.

8. Third party content

  • Google Maps (the map on the contact page): the map is loaded directly from Google’s server. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may use its own cookies on its domain in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Trust badges (the badges of the Estonian Creditors’ Association and Creditinfo) are loaded from the service provider’s server pistik.ssb.ee. When a badge loads, your IP address reaches the service provider.

9. Opting out of cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. You can opt out of Google Analytics measurement with Google’s browser extension: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

10. Your rights

You have the right to receive information about the processing of your data, to request that data be corrected or deleted, to restrict processing and to object, including to the use of web analytics. If you have any questions, please write to info@luxpuhastus.ee. You also have the right to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee). The general principles of personal data processing are set out in our privacy policy. This cookie policy applies to cookies and web analytics.
