1. Data protection
We are pleased that you are visiting our website and are interested in our services. Protecting your personal data is very important to us. In this privacy policy we explain how we collect your personal data, what we do with it, for what purpose and on what legal basis this takes place, and what rights and claims you have in this connection.

Our privacy policy for the use of our website does not apply to your activities on social networks or on the websites of other providers that you can reach via links on our website. Please read the information on data protection on the websites of those providers.
2. Collection and processing of your personal data
a. When you visit our website, we store certain data about the browser and operating system you use, the date and time of the visit, the access status (for example whether you were able to open the page or received an error message), the use of website features, the search terms you entered, how often you open different pages, the names of the files requested, the amount of data transferred, the page from which you came to our website and the page you go to from our website, whether by clicking links on our website or by entering a domain directly in the address field of the same tab (or the same window) of your browser in which you opened our website. In addition, for security purposes, in particular to prevent and detect attacks on our website or attempts at fraud, we store your IP address and the name of your internet service provider for seven days.

b. We store other personal data only if you provide it to us, for example when registering, through a contact form, in a survey, in a prize draw or in the course of performing a contract, and even then only if this is permitted on the basis of your consent or applicable law (you will find more information on this below under “Legal bases for processing”).

c. You are not obliged by law or by contract to provide your personal data. However, certain features of our website may depend on the provision of personal data. If you do not provide personal data in such cases, you may not be able to use these features, or only to a limited extent.
3. Purposes of use
a. We use the personal data collected during visits to our website to operate the website as conveniently as possible for you and to protect our IT systems against attacks and other unlawful activities.

b. If you provide us with other personal data, for example when registering, through a contact form, in a survey, in a prize draw or in the course of performing a contract, we use this data for the stated purposes, for customer management and, where necessary, for processing and invoicing any business transactions, in each case to the extent required.
4. Disclosure of personal data to third parties; social plugins
a. Our website may also contain offers from third parties. If you click on such an offer, we transfer data to the provider concerned to the extent necessary (for example the information that you found this offer on our website and, where applicable, other information that you have already provided on our website for this purpose).

b. If we use social plugins of social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Google+ on our website, we integrate them as follows: When you visit our website, the social plugins are deactivated, i.e. no data is transferred to the operators of these networks. If you want to use one of the networks, click on the respective social plugin to establish a direct connection to the server of that network. If you have a user account with the network and are logged in when you activate the social plugin, the network can link your visit to our website with your user account. If you want to avoid this, please log out of the network before activating the social plugin. The social network cannot link visits to other luxpuhastus.ee pages unless you have also activated the social plugin there. When you activate a social plugin, the network transfers the content made available through it directly to your browser, which embeds it in our website. In this situation, data transfers initiated and controlled by the respective social network may also take place. Your connection to the social network, the data transfers between the network and your system and your interactions on that platform are governed exclusively by the data protection provisions of the respective network. The social plugin remains active until you deactivate it or delete your cookies.

c. If you click on a link to an offer or activate a social plugin, personal data may reach providers in countries outside the European Economic Area that, from the point of view of the European Union (EU), do not guarantee an “adequate level of protection” in line with EU standards when processing personal data. Please bear this in mind before clicking on a link or activating a social plugin and thereby triggering the transfer of your data.
5. Analysis of usage data; use of analytics tools
a. We want to tailor the content of our website as closely as possible to your interests and in this way improve our website for you. To identify usage preferences and particularly popular areas of the website, we use the following analytics tools: Google Analytics.

b. When these analytics tools are used, data may be sent to servers in the USA and processed there. Please note the following: from the point of view of the European Union, the USA does not provide an “adequate level of protection” in line with EU standards for the processing of personal data. For individual companies, however, this level of protection can be replaced by certification under the Privacy Shield data protection framework between the EU and the USA.

c. If you do not want us to collect and analyse information about your visits to our website using these analytics tools, you can object to this at any time with effect for the future (opt out).

We implement your objection by placing an opt out cookie in your browser. The only purpose of this cookie is to record your objection. Please note that for technical reasons the opt out cookie only works in the browser in which it was placed. If you delete your cookies or use a different browser or device, please opt out again.

d. Below you will find information about the providers of the analytics tools we use and the respective opt out options:

i. Google Inc. (“Google”):

Google is certified under the Privacy Shield data protection framework between the EU and the USA.

You can prevent the transfer of your data and its collection and processing by Google. Google provides information on this at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
6. Usage based information (targeting and retargeting)
To be able to tailor our online advertising (for example advertising banners) on the websites of our retargeting partners (Flashtalking, Google Adwords, Google Doubleclick and Vivaki) more closely to your needs and interests, we use so called retargeting technologies. In the process, your interest in our products and services is stored in cookies. These cookies are read and used when you visit other websites that work with our retargeting partners, so that you can be informed in line with your interests. This is done anonymously, i.e. you cannot be identified through retargeting.

If you do not want Luxpuhastus.ee and its retargeting partners to collect, store and analyse information about your visit and tailor advertising banners to your interests, you can object to this at any time with effect for the future (opt out).

To implement your objection technically, an opt out cookie is placed in your browser. The only purpose of this cookie is to record your objection. Please note that for technical reasons the opt out cookie only works in the browser in which it was placed. If you delete your cookies or use a different browser or device, please opt out again.

You can manage and deactivate the use of cookies by third parties on the following website: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/ee/your-ad-choices
7. Security
We use technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorised persons. We continuously improve our security measures in line with technological developments.
8. Legal bases for processing
a. If you have given us your consent to the processing of your personal data, this consent is the legal basis for the processing (Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation).

b. When personal data is processed for the purpose of concluding or performing a contract with you, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

c. If the processing of your personal data is necessary to fulfil our legal obligations (for example to retain data), we are entitled to do so under Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

d. In addition, we process personal data to protect our legitimate interests and the legitimate interests of third parties in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Such legitimate interests include maintaining the functionality of our IT systems, marketing our own products and services and those of third parties, and the documentation of business contacts required by law.
9. Deletion of your personal data
Your IP address and the name of your internet service provider, which we store for security reasons only, are deleted after seven days. In addition, we delete your personal data as soon as the purpose for which we collected and processed it no longer applies. After that point, data is only stored if this is required by the laws, regulations or other legal acts of the European Union or of the EU member state whose law applies to us.
10. Rights of the data subject
a. As a data subject, you have the right of access (Article 15 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation), the right to rectification (Article 16), the right to erasure (Article 17), the right to restriction of processing (Article 18) and the right to data portability (Article 20 of the General Data Protection Regulation).

b. If you have given us your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data up to the time of withdrawal. Nor does it affect further processing of the data on another legal basis, for example to fulfil legal obligations (see “Legal bases for processing”).

c. Right to object You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you that is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation (processing in the public interest) or Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (processing based on a balancing of interests). If you object, we will continue to process your personal data only if we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

d. If possible, please send your requests or questions to the following contact address:

info@luxpuhastus.ee

e. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates legal requirements, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 of the General Data Protection Regulation).
